7 Juices Good For Constipation Relief

Constipation is one of the most common forms of stomach troubles faced by people of all ages or gender. Being constipated generally means that your bowel movements are hard or do not occur regularly. The normal length of time between bowel movements are different for different people. For some people, normal bowel movements mean it occurs three times a day, while for others normal bowel movements mean that it occurs only three or four times a week. You can also try to make smoothies with celery, cucumber, lemon and pineapple which can help you instantly.

Some things to be taken care of when consuming juices during constipation is that only fresh fruits should be used. Avoid using old fruits or stale fruits to make juice at this time. It will prove to be detrimental to your health. Also, avoid storing the leftover juice in the fridge. Storing the juice in the fridge might lead to the juice losing the required nutrients. It might also lead to oxidation. This will lead to a lack of benefits which is not what you would wish. Consume fresh juice made from fresh fruit to get the best results.

Also, try to consume the juices early morning before breakfast or in between breakfast and lunch to get immediate relief.
