The moment you head towards the cafe which is devoted to a particular sport. You think the cafe will serve healthy food and it would be a healthy eating day. But nah! The cafe serves incredibly delicious meals and sipping refreshing mocktails which will make you crave for it more and more.
The Ciclo cafe was set up in 2015 with absolute speciality partnered with TI cycles. The first cafe opened in Chennai, then in Hyderabad and now in Sector 29, Gurugram. Dedicated to cycling, the cafe’s motto was to bring together the cycling community and also to make a home for foodies.
What Is The Concept Of Ciclo Cafe?
If you’re someone who loves cycling, then this is a place you should head towards after a cycle ride. The Ciclo cafe is a cycle-themed cafe with fabulous interiors highlighting extensively. From the side railing to the lamp shades, the wall mounted decoration and the indoor parking made especially for the cycles, all made according to the theme.
The cafe also has a servicing facility for the cycle in the basement.
What Kind Of Food They Serve?
The cafe’s menu doesn’t focus on one particular type of cuisine. So you can try anything you want to have! Like a pizza and a Chicken Tikka dining at the same place.
Few of the must try of the cafe include Broccoli and Mushroom Onion Ring with Wasabi Mayo(Rs. 255) which is yummy and holds a perfect wasabi flavor, The Kaffir Lime Chicken Tikka (Rs. 345) which is very delicious and one can complete the entire plate in no time.
The cafe also has a huge selection of Pizzas among which the Ciclo Full House Pizza(Rs. 395) filled with mushrooms, peppers and all kind of vegetable pizza toppings is to die for!
Moving to Italian section, Sun Dried Tomatoes with Mild Blue Cheese and Caper Cream (Rs. 345), Ravioli Stuffed with Artichoke, Black Pepper and Chilli Rubbed Garlic Chicken (Rs. 485) are just a winner of all.
While if you wish to get more experimental with food do try the Chettinad Chicken Curry with Steamed Rice (Rs. 465).
Besides, getting towards the dessert section Bailey’s Ice Cream Pancake (Rs. 255) was quite simple while Salted Caramel and Chocolate Torte (Rs. 235) and Cranberry Panna Cotta (Rs. 225) were the perfect sweet for the day.
The cafe also serves low calories and ragi based food if you wish to get healthy, but once you see the menu, it becomes hard to take the healthy route.
What About The Beverages?
If you’re heading for breakfast at the cafe, try their shakes or protein smoothies which are a meal in itself. To go with the dine Kaffir Lime and Ginger Collin mocktail (Rs. 175) and Mandarito mocktail (Rs. 175) are very refreshing, and a must try!
We would suggest not to cycle to the cafe because once you’re done eating it would be difficult to cycle back with a full stomach.
