She believes that ”Excessive Proteins may lead to an acidic body that higher the amount of uric acid which then leads to many diseases like kidney stones, dehydration, gout, atherosis, weight gain, and inflammation in the body.”

1) Can Affect Your Kidney
When you increase the amount of protein in your diet, it also increases a fair amount of nitrogen in the body, as it is an element naturally occurring in the amino acids that form proteins. Consuming excessive proteins may result in kidney damage in the long run due to its hard work to get rid of all the extra nitrogen formed due to protein.
2) May Make You Feel Thirsty And Parched
You may feel parched and thirsty due to the excess nitrogen excreted during the digestion of amino acids. As excessive nitrogen can be toxic to one’s health, the body so uses more water and fluids to flush it out as a defence mechanism, which may end up making you feel thirsty.
3) May Cause Nausea
Excessive proteins may cause nausea as your body finds it hard to break down your digestive
