Breakfast

Never skip the most important meal of the day, Breakfast! Beyonce’s diet follows a breakfast containing either scrambled egg whites with Ezekiel bread or two tablespoons of dried cranberries and raisins with a tall glass of veggie smoothie or cereal in low-fat milk.

Lunch

To gain the perfect booty, Beyonce feasts on steamed fish with vegetables or grilled skinless, boneless chicken breast over spinach with a balsamic vinegar dressing. Eating an adequate amount of protein every day is essential for muscle repair, and also to allow your butt to grow faster. The fats in fish help raise metabolism.

Snacks

Mid-meal eating is not a bad habit after all, especially if you are eating it right. Beyonce has a protein shake or bar, or cottage cheese with berries. Greek yogurt is also a great snack substitute to keep your metabolism high.

Dinner

4. Junk Food

But, as it goes, everything must be eaten in the right amount. Overindulgence in any of these foods may lead to a weight gain where you do not want it. Eat right, and do your squats to work your way to a butt just like Beyonce’s!
